Privacy: Erdint's Extreme Trucking
Erdint's Extreme Trucking is a free game by The Spectrum Tech Engine. You can play it without an account and without giving any personal details.
Kept on your phone only
Your best day, your sound setting and your leaderboard nickname are saved on your own device so the game remembers them. They are not sent anywhere.
The leaderboard (only if you choose to post)
If you tap "Post my day to the leaderboard", the game sends your nickname, the day's pay, the number of deliveries and how long the day lasted. These appear on the public leaderboard. Each player only keeps their best day for the week and their best day of all time.
To do this the game signs you in anonymously with Google Firebase. This gives your phone a random ID number; it is not linked to your name, email or Google account. The scores are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, in Belgium). The game also uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that scores come from the real game.
Please don't use your real full name as a nickname. Nicknames that are rude can be removed.
Removing your scores
Open the leaderboard and tap "Remove my scores". This deletes your scores straight away. If you have cleared the game's data or changed phone, email privacy@thespectrumtechengine.com with your nickname and we will remove them within 30 days.
Usage numbers
The website counts simple things like how many days are played, so the game can be improved. No personal details are collected.
